• Each individual sysop is responsible for ensuring that their users meet the minimum age requirements for access to ThrobNet.
• All members agree to adhere to the policies of ThrobNet and its administrator(s) and to regularly check the required administrative conference for updates and announcements affecting the network.
• ThrobNet is a text message-only network.  No binary files of any type are distributed.
